Welcome to the website of the Receiver, The Stapleton Group, appointed in a civil enforcement action styled Federal Trade Commission v. Automators LLC, et al., Case No. 23-cv-1444-DMS-BGS in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

 

This message and the additions to the “Updates” pages are the final communications to claimants from the Court appointed Receiver of the Automators-Empire-Onyx-Receivership

 

The U.S. District Court approved the Receiver’s final report and accounting, and the Receiver has reserved meager funds to prepare and file Federal and State income tax returns and to pay final receivership expenses.

 

All communication from claimants regarding claims proceedings, verification of information, or acknowledgment of an individual claim, must now be directed only to the Federal Trade Commission Redress Administration at: [email protected]

 

This department of the Federal Trade commission is responsible for the Automators-Empire-Onyx claims process.

 

Do not send information requests to the Receiver’s office or to the office of the Receiver’s former attorney. Neither location has any claimant or Redress information or authorization to speak on behalf of the Redress Administration.
